PAYMENT TERMS & CONDITION
These Payment Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all purchases made on the Rolumani e-commerce website and official sales platforms. By placing an order and making payment, you agree to the terms outlined below.
Orders & Processing
All ready-to-wear orders are processed within 7–14 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Processing timelines for custom or made-to-measure orders vary depending on design complexity and workload. Estimated timelines will be communicated prior to payment confirmation. Customers are responsible for providing accurate order details, including size, measurements, delivery address, and contact information. Rolumani shall not be held liable for delays or delivery issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete customer information.
Shipping & Delivery
We deliver nationwide within Nigeria and also offer international shipping. Delivery timelines vary based on location and the selected courier service. Where applicable, customers will receive tracking details once their order has been dispatched. Rolumani is not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier services or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
Ready-to-Wear Items
Refunds are not offered on ready-to-wear items. Exchanges are permitted only if the item delivered is the wrong size or the wrong color. Exchange requests must be made within 24–48 hours of delivery. Items must be returned unused, unwashed, and with all original tags intact.Custom / Made-to-Measure Orders
Custom orders are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Exceptions apply only where the item was produced incorrectly against the agreed specifications. One free alteration may be requested within 48 hours of receiving the item, where applicable.
Cancellations
Orders may only be cancelled within 2 hours of successful payment. After this period, processing or production may have commenced, and cancellation may no longer be possible.
Sizing & Measurements
Customers are solely responsible for providing accurate measurements for custom orders. For ready-to-wear items, customers are advised to consult the size chart before placing an order. Rolumani shall not be liable for fit issues arising from incorrect measurements supplied by the customer.
Payments & Pricing
Full payment is required to confirm all orders. Payments may be made via bank transfer or other payment methods communicated on our official platforms. Prices may change due to fabric availability, market conditions, or production costs. Confirmed orders will not be affected by subsequent price changes.
Product Care
Customers are advised to follow the care instructions provided on each garment. Rolumani is not responsible for damage resulting from improper washing, handling, or cleaning methods.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
